The Idea

I got the idea for Grakellis Tech Solutions from watching my dad complete a lot of hands-on projects from appliance repairs to electrical wiring, to painting, to plumbing wood work and more. My dad would go to work and after coming home, he would keep working from one project to another. At a young age I would sit and think, “where did he get all this energy to do this stuff”. But little did I know all of it was being instilled in me. As I grew up we had books like “completely do it yourself” I took advantage of the “DIY” books and having access to those books gave me a passion to work the same way my dad did.

I had a bad experience with some pink paint. Basically the top came off and it was everywhere. I am a working mother so I work full time and lots of errands to run after work. First of all, the quick response was awesome. He contacted me by the next business day. Then he has the best patience because he gave me time to do what I needed and still came out after I was the one that arrived late. I needed my driveway and porch pressure washed to remove the paint stains. He quickly and professionally handled the problem. I would say that I highly recommend him for any of your handy needs.
